The Verve
Part of a new collection of high quality Giclee prints.
As a huge fan of iconic artist Keith Haring, I reimagined what it would be like if he had designed the artwork for some of the most influential albums ever made, Keiths 12 inch collection was born!
The Verve, a British alternative rock band formed in 1990, gained fame for their emotional depth and atmospheric soundscapes. Fronted by Richard Ashcroft, their music blended psychedelic rock, shoegaze, and Britpop influences. The Verve's most iconic album, Urban Hymns (1997), included the global hit "Bitter Sweet Symphony," recognized for its orchestral arrangement and poignant lyrics. Despite legal battles over the song's sampling, it remains a defining 1990s anthem. Known for their raw lyricism and introspection, The Verve disbanded and reunited multiple times, leaving a legacy of artistic innovation. Their profound impact resonates in rock history and contemporary music culture.
